What happened to iPad access?

I have a subscription to the print magazine, and supposedly have iPad access. I certainly had it earlier this year, (and still have a couple of old issues on the iPad), I dont download that many issues to the iPad. Looking to access a recent issue today all I saw was the option to buy an issue for $4.99. There were no options to enter, or renew, my print magazine credentials.

An online search said iPad access was included with a print subscription. And instructions said credentials could be entered from the store page. But they cant.

Im now wasting my time trying to figure out how to get what I paid for. Not good.
